The Maxim Gel Drink is a compact, fresh energy gel. The Maxim Gel Drinks are based on an isotonic formula. This means that the energy gels can be taken without extra water and are rapidly absorbed by the body.

The Maxim Gel Drinks have a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose. This ratio makes it possible to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. A blend of different carbohydrate sources ensures a gradual and constant breakdown of carbohydrates. This way you are assured of a long-lasting energy supply during the effort.

Note: The Maxim Gel Drink Cola contains caffeine.

Recommended use: Take a Maxim Energy Gel Drink every 30-40 minutes. For the best possible processing by the body, we recommend taking 2-3 sips of water or sports drink immediately after taking the gel (not required).

Recommended dosage: Use no more than 3 sachets per hour and no more than 3 sachets per day. If combined with other sports nutrition products, it is recommended to not exceed the intake of 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
