The BBB Cycling Indra Speed is a must-have for cyclists with a so-called Speed Pedelec. These fast bikes feature pedal assist up to a speed of 45 kph, which is why they need to meet the newly approved NTA-8776 standard. The Indra Speed cycling helmet has been specially developed for the high-speed e-bike.

The most important features of a high speed e-bike helmet are the thicker shell, more protection at the back, and better protected temples. A helmet used at this speed but with less force required to reach said speed, needs a different ventilation design. The BBB Cycling Indra Speed has ventilation which has been optimised for speed pedelecs.

The helmet has also been given several clever design cues such as an extra robust shell which protects the helmet from day to day usage, and a useful clip on the back to fit a bike light to. The Indra meets the NTA-8776 standard and the EN-1078 norm, meaning it can be sold and used all over Europe.
