"Perfection Simplified … and windproof. The Meno bibtight are striking new tights in the winter collection of Castelli. You need to love these pants, you want to wear this through the entire winter. Castelli is obsessed by details, that's why the introduce the new Airflex Thermo fabric, which offers stretch in four directions and is completely windproof. The fleece inside keeps you warm. For breathability, the suspenders are made out of mesh. They have implemented Thermoflex core 2 fabric in the back panel for improved vaporization of sweat and it provides a warm feeling. The KISS3 seat pad provides comfort all day long. Also the flat seams provide extra comfort. These tights feature Camlock YKK ankle zips with reflective tape for extra safety.

These windproof tights are made for the coldest temperatures, even for freezing conditions. Because the wind is stopt, you stay longer warm. The tights will become warmer when the temperatures rise, because the windproof layer ventilates less good and its breathability is lower than a single fleece fabric.

Technologies:

KISS3 seat pad: Comfort as you're used to from the Progetto X2 Air seat pad, but at a slightly lower price. Its soft, brushed fabric at the top, seamless construction and several layers with 2 different densities and thicknesses, make the seat pad very comfortable.

Airflex Thermo:
A windproof fleece fabric for the coldest temperatures. Although the fabric is windproof, it remains very elastic and supple. The inside of the fabric is roughened fleece so it doesn't hand in on the wearing comfort. There is not another comfortable windproof fabric!

Thermoflex Core 2:
This fleece fabric contains a polyester inner layer and a nylon outer layer, which improves the moisture wicking. The fabric will keep you drier and thus longer warm than normal Themoflex fleece. The inner polyester layer contains hollow channels which retain air for extra insulation. The fabric polyester layer is also tightly woven in order to keep the wind out.
