Amazing tyres, buy now!

- Robert, 1 August, 2016

These tyres are an absolutely fantastic upgrade to any bike. The 25c version have great grip and minimal rolling resistance, they feel supper supple and reactive on the road - I really cannot fault! I want to upgrade all my tyres to these now. I bought the tan wall version of the Corsa G+ which look superb, a real must! Plus a great price on Mantel, thanks guys!

Superb tyres in all conditions

- Chris, 11 April, 2018

I love Vittoria Corsa G+ tyres I started using them one year ago for Time Trials, and very soon after put them on my road bike. I’ve been so impressed with these tyres I ran them through the winter in all conditions and only suffered one flat from a cut in the tyre. My experience is that they roll fast and although appear to get small cuts the more they wear they are a very robust tyre. Have heard others getting many punctures however I would suggest to pair with wide platform rims and run lower pressures.

- Richard, 14 July, 2016

Having been a sworn devotee of the Open Corsa SC for years I was initially disappointed that Vittoria discontinued them and scrabbled to buy up and last bits of stock I could find. My stock since dried up and I decided to give the G+ a try, and was very pleasantly surprised! I now run them on all bikes - particularly good is the fact they're available in a 28, which is perfect for my CAAD10 Disc! Can't recommend the tyres more highly! - Graeme, 16 August, 2016

Bought these to ride 500 miles to the Alps. I realised they were fast but initially had some concerns over some people's opinions that they are not as puncture proof as competitive tyres. However, despite following the Sat Nav in Walk Mode for 500 miles, a route that entailed farm tracks, cobbles and footpaths, I didn't suffer a single puncture. Sure footed and very fast too.

- Marcellino, 18 August, 2018

The ride it’s so smooth my previous choice has been Continental tyre and specilazed ones and Michelin tyre always for punture proof but now I realised how hard this tyre can be at 90 psi to 100 psi with the vittoria tyres at the same pressure are so smooth like riding on a carpet of velvet that how good they are on well looked after road and in gravel are still good compared to my other choices I have done about 200 miles so far no punctures so I cannot say how puncture proof they are

- Grant, 19 April, 2016

i have used Vittoria and was eager to try the G+ tyres having heard of them a couple of years ago from a venture capitalist, so of course they have been on the must have list since then. I hesitated thinking was Graphene just a marketing ploy, but the answer is no, they do not disappoint. I inflated to 100psi on Campy Neutrons, they just look the business. My first test was a 100km ride, and they performed perfectly, just rolled and rolled, great handling and responsiveness.

Very impressive so far

- David, 2 May, 2016

Been looking to fit some 25mm tyres to my trek for some time but really like the look of gumwall style. Unfortunately most of the gumwall tyres didnt have great press on the puncture resistance front. Until these graphene laced beauties came onto the scene that is! Apart from looking fantastic on the bike they roll extremely well and after about 100miles in mixed weather conditions and freshly gravelled roads i am very impressed with the grip. Obviously the puncture resistance will tell over time but they look pretty durable but not at the expense of grip. Great value and service from Mantel. Highly recommended

Very good tyre, but pricey and doesn't wear too well

- Lee, 2 October, 2016

This is a replacement Tyre for one that has now done just over 1000 miles (1600km). Initial impressions of this Tyre were it was easy to fit and looks very good with the gum wall colour. After a couple of cleaning cycles the Tyre wall looks a bit shabby but after some intense cleaning you can bring it back to looking good. The tyres are very grippy in dry weather but a bit skittish in damp and wet conditions but saying that there is not much tread on them so that is understandable. So far i have not had a flat on these tyres and these have been over some very rough roads and pot holes. Where these tyres fall down in my opinion is they do not wear very well, especially on the rear Tyre, i have spent the last 500km with virtually no tread on the back tyre but it is still grippy and still not flats so it seems to live up to that promise. Prior to these i was on the Continental 4 seasons and GP 4000 both in 25mm profile and these are just a bit better, but then again at this price they should be.

Great ride, looks and so far good wear and puncture protection

- Lee, 20 May, 2018

Been riding Schwalbe Ones for a couple of years and moved to these when I upgraded to some mid-section carbon wheels - and really happy with the switch. The "cotton walls" seem to provide a much more compliant ride, the treaded graphine rubber does seem to provide an improved level of grip, especially when cornering hard, although difficult to really say exactly what is coming from the wider internal rim widths and what the tyre is bringing to things ... however, they really do seem to change characteristics when riding in a straight line or cornering hard - as per the graphine marketing that is "on the tin", they seem to flex and become softer in the corners to offer more grip, and then on the straights they seem much more rigid. Puncture resistance seems on a par with Schwalbe (you can be unlucky no matter what the tyre) ... and tyre wear might even be better than the Schwalbe Ones - ~1200km in 15-25ºC temps at 6.5bar with a 77kg rider and no sign at all of them wearing or squaring off yet. Regarding claimed performance improvements ... hard to say again - would wager the wheels are doing more than the tyres, but they definitely don't seem to be slowing me down. Fitting ... no issues And ... looks wise ... proper quality looking retro skinwalls ... they look proper awesome on the new carbon hoops - think Peter Segan's bike at Paris Roubaix this year :)

- Raf, 21 April, 2018

Let’s be honest, the tan sidewalls make these a great looking tyre. So far no punctures but as I’ve bought these for summer use the roads aren’t too bad where I live. I’ll stick to Continentals in winter as they are bulletproof. You need to be careful when cleaning the bike so as not to mark the tan walls. I doubt they would stay tan for long in bad weather either.

Expensive But Probably Worth the Price

- Justin, 21 March, 2017

I have completed a couple of hundred miles with these now and am very pleased with them. I normally run S-Works Turbo Pro (which I love), and at first I didn't feel much difference. However, these come into their own at speed, especially on smooth, flat surfaces. Their grip is excellent, and it is the first time I have genuinely felt like I was gliding along the road. It has (unfortunately for this review) not rained on any ride with these to date, so I cannot comment on grip in the wet. Neither I can comment on longevity. A minor concern is that the sidewalls do not feel (or look) as rugged as the main tyre, and one of mine has very minor nicks here. This, I think, is an aesthetic issues rather than one of safety, but I am not completely sold on the sidewalls being different to the main body. I have read some reviews that claim the grooves in the tyres trap flint, etc., and that this leads to excessive punctures, but I have not experienced this at all. I have checked them after every ride and have never found anything embedded in the grooves, and I have had not punctures. One major plus is that they are very easy to put on - I didn't even need a tyre lever. They slip over the rims easily and seat very nicely.

Pros & Cons

Easy to fit
