Surprisingly good, stayer for good and long-lasting dose of energy

After trying simpler fruit pouches from B brands, I took this powerbar smoothie gel during a half marathon. Structure took some getting used to, taste pleasant, energy I got from it above expectations. Felt like popeye after a can of spinach. Easily digestible. This one will go back in t basket next time without a doubt.
