Excellent resistance to rain, does what it needs to do
I now have two Fox mackintoshes, this one and the Fox Fluid MX. I like the Fox Racing Ranger much more. For instance, the jacket has a much nicer fit, but holds back the same - if not more - water than the Fluid MX. In addition, it has a hood, which the Fluid MX lacks

Great jacket, meets expectations
Nice quality, nice fit and nice and warm but not too hot while mountain biking. I am very happy with it, definitely recommended for this price.

Fine jacket.
Really nice jacket that fits like a glove and is nicely finished. The hood cannot be rolled up and secured. If you don't have it on, it catches wind. The jacket pockets are quite far to the side making it difficult to use when carrying a backpack.
