What a super nice jacket
This is a jacket to make merry. Wins close, sits hat, lies weight. Just top Only the sizes don't match at all. I have T-shirt L, this jacket xxxl. Quite unusual

The winter must-have
I'd heard so many good things about it that I was afraid I'd be disappointed. And yet from the very first outing, it proved to be second to none. The first impression is how light it is when you put it on, unlike yesterday's jackets, which were often heavy. Then when you leave the house, you're struck by how effective it is at keeping you warm. It's hard to feel cold in it (I confess I haven't tested it in very cold weather yet). Finally, the drops slide down the sleeves like a duck's feathers! Incredible! If I had to find a fault with it, I'd say that as it wicks away perspiration very well, the back pockets get wet, which can make their contents damp. But you get over it!

Top jacket as you can expect from Castelli!!!
Finally bought a RoS jacket from Castelli. Well worth the money. Very good quality and does what it is supposed to do; keep me dry and warm. Like everything from Castelli do buy size up. I am 178, slim and have an L, which fits perfectly.

Top product
When I first put it on I thought it's not too loose or too tight on the body but tight at the armpits until I went cycling and in that body position it really fits perfectly an xl and I'm 1.78 and 77kg Just a pity there are 2 pockets at the back and not 3 like most cycling jerseys

Fine jacket for cold rides (10 degrees)
Sales advice was largely correct. You can cycle well in the cold (10 degrees) with this jacket and an undershirt. Although I still put on a shirt as an extra layer for the torso and shoulders. Where with other jackets the moisture management is a challenge (and you end up getting cold) this Jack satisfies surprisingly well.

It is a lovely jacket
Exceeds expectations, when putting it on it feels a bit tight, but once on it fits wonderfully. Can be worn with thermo in cold weather and also up to 14 degrees with a normal undershirt

top jacket
Nice jacket, fits well. Warm enough I cold conditions. Just a pity Mantel does not offer all sizes. I unfortunately had to order somewhere else, because mantel by castelli does not have size s in the range.

Best spring/autumn jackets on the market
Well-fitting jacket that can be worn all the way down to 7-8 degrees and up to 15 degrees by using a sweat undershirt combined with microfleeze. This is my second RoS and the high quality is still in place

Same jacket as Bernal wore in rain and cold while climbing the Giau in the 2021 Giro
Proffesional jacket for harsh weather conditions in spring and autumn, or during an Alpine ride when the weather lets up, and yet not too hot too quickly when the sun suddenly comes out.
Pros & Cons

Perfect cycling shirt for wet conditions
Really great shirt for wet conditions between 0 and 15 degrees. Searched for an alternative for a long time, but went for the original, especially because of the ventilation openings. Very happy with it, this allows you to regulate the temperature perfectly. Never too hot or too cold again.
Pros & Cons

Pricey, but definitely worth the money.
Yes the jacket is expensive, but once you've cycled with it you won't want to go back. It's very nice, snug around the body. Mantel's size chart is correct (normally an M for me, now an L). The jacket gives good protection against the cold: with a long undershirt, regular cycling shirt and the Perfetto, I was not cold at 2 degrees. The side vents are ideal for when you get hot. It doesn't cool down much, but just that little bit that helps. Also, it can survive a shower just fine, provided it is not too heavy and does not last too long because then everything leaks through in the long run.

Top versatile windproof and water-repellent jacket.
A very versatile jacket for typical Dutch weather from freezing (with thermo shirt) to about 12gr Celsius. Above that too warm. Sufficiently water-repellent for a shower but stays pleasantly warm even with more rain as long as you keep moving. The jacket is close-fitting (size L, 1.85, 76kg).

Top jacket
Well worth its money ! Have now ridden a few hundred km in the cold between 3° and 9° and is perfect. Megmeister shirt underneath and you have the perfect combo. There is also a convertible with zip-off sleeves. In short: winter jacket that can also be used on chilly spring rides. Windproof and almost waterproof, thick and warm race shirt with ventilated back. 1,88 cm and 100 cm chest =xxl

Just a top Jack ! Very pricey but t is well worth it !
Perfect Jack (the name is right) perfetto ! Although the jacket is very thin it does its job in autumn and winter ! Good wind stopper and if you want some cooling you can open little zips left and right so the wind can get through ! In short, very happy with the best Jack so far.

One jack to rule them all
After six years of the Gabba, I now bought this perfetto. The first thing I noticed was that the size fell very small. In the gabba I need an M and the perfetto an L. In addition, the Jack is also lighter. The big advantage of this Jack for me is its great usability, from 10degrees with light rain in autumn or spring to well into freezing winter. It is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive and it limits your autumn and winter outfit to 1 jacket.

My favourite jacket, by far!
Great jacket! Well, what else should I say about it? Jack fit's like a glove, is windproof (waterproof I don't know). With the right longsleeve undershirt, I can wear the jacket with ease down to at least zero degrees. With the right combination, jacket/undershirt, you can wear this jacket between 0 and 12 degrees. After that, it will become too warm for me. The ventilation pieces do their job well and dissipate heat noticeably to the back panel. The fabric on the back is thinner than in front, so the heat can escape well, but you don't experience cold. In terms of size, I might have bought it one size smaller, so it will fit even better. The fabric on the back still stretches quite a bit, so I recommend buying two sizes and choosing the one that fits you best, but is still comfortable.

It keeps you warm all day, even in the rain.
Top purchase. Urgently needed another jacket for the Tour of Flanders and this one was excellent on this drizzly day!

Living up to its name
This jacket is really perfect. It keeps you warm and is well waterproof. Yet the fabric breathes just fine, unlike most rain jackets. It is well worth the money!

Should have bought it much earlier.
Well worth it despite the hefty price and does exactly what they promise. Windproof, not too warm. Just right

Super good cycling jacket for colder and wet conditions.
Mountain bike rides in humid, windy conditions and I stayed perfectly dry. Jacket also keeps you well warm. Make sure you choose the right size using the sizing guide on the website. Product is well described on the website.

Great
I was looking for a cycling jacket for the autumn period that didn't flabber on all sides. Have a (aliexpress) long sleeved jacket lying around but that's basically twice nothing, but that's what the price is for! So now looking for something good...... Maybe I've been under a rock but during a Podcast I heard about Gabba clothing from Castelli. 'Am always a bit hesitant/critical about materials being touted on a Podcast (Advertising), but after some google 'n and some weighing up (such a jacket costs 199€) still bought a Perfetto ROS at Mantel. Why at Mantel. Actually simple, I know they have good service and with my 198/100Kg you always have to wait and see if such a jacket fits. It (3XL) fits perfectly. Even with a long-sleeved thermo shirt with a sleeveless thermo over it (6Gr. two thermo shirts with the jacket over it (Nice and warm!!)). Windproof and you no longer need a wind blocker. Am not quick to enthuse but a great jacket. Of course, it doesn't keep your shirt dry inside but a large part of your perspiration is discharged nicely. It's definitely not a rain jacket or a Fleece jacket that gets slowly saturated. I read some lesser reports about the long back panel but I actually really like that, seals nicely at your back. The back pockets are open. Keep in mind (even in dry weather), that your perspiration is drained at the back. So your stuff (phone) gets damp just like with a regular shirt. Have not yet tested the jacket in the rain because in bad weather I use my Wahoo
Pros & Cons

Highly recommended for the sportier cyclist in spring or autumn.
Deliberately chose this version because it does not have Castelli's red branding. Those are black. Personally, I like that a bit better. Two pockets at the back more than enough. Still cycled in the rain.
Pros & Cons

stylish to ride fast and protect you against wind and more but not big rain
The fit make it perfectly adapted to ride bike (arm in the handle) . If you don't ride the fabric and shape will make you feel stuck a bit into it I felt downhill and the jacket protected me very well on the concret. Super efficient wind break

Perfect jacket for the avid cyclist
Bought this jacket 2 weeks ago for autumn. Ridden with it last 2 weeks and can't say other than that it is a nice jacket that keeps you well warm. Thermo shirt or cycling shirt underneath and jacket over it and you're good to go!
Pros & Cons

perfecto!
fits perfectly, completely in my style for the road bike, no fluttering, as it should, can even put an undershirt and thermal underneath, but that is soon too much of a good thing, nice also to open those zips on the side so that the excess heat can escape and you keep it comfortable during an effort

Costs a bit but then you have something
Top purchase. Costs a bit but then you have something. Great cycling jacket for temperatures below 10-15 degrees. With a thermo undershirt also great for riding in freezing temperatures. Keeps you warm but breathes well. The jacket is very small, order a size larger than you normally have from Castelli.

Very satisfied
Buy this jacket 2 sizes larger. I have an L myself, bought jacket in Xxl, perfect fit!

Fantastic racing jacket
Purchased on the advice of Mantel employee. She took good time to advise which made me decide to purchase this. Is a bit pricey, but not a moment's regret about this super jacket.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Good quality jacket that allows you to be warm even at less than 10 degrees (with an under layer).
First time used on a day with 5 degrees in the morning, ground temperature towards 0. You stay warm, back in the afternoon with 17 degrees was a sauna though. Quality is good and enough storage space at the back for things that normally go in your cycling shirt. The reflection strips on the shoulders are highly visible. But the black color by itself, while nice, is less useful.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Good jacket, very expensive though
I hate the cold. With a thermo shirt underneath, I did not feel cold during a bike ride from Almere to Enkhuizen along the Ijsselmeer, at 7gr, headwind and sunset. Have the impression that the jacket breathes well. Too bad the colour black is very different from the Nanoflex 2 trousers I bought at the same time. Quite expensive for a "piece of fabric" that is quite simply put together. Haven't cycled in the rain yet.

Pleasant windbreaker
Comfortable jacket, good windproof, nice and warm in combination with a good undershirt (Castelli only has 1; fortunately, it is very nice in combination with this jacket). Sizing remains tricky for Castelli. I am 1.78 and 80 kilos and size XL fits well, especially when in cycling position (logical). Size XXL was clearly too big for me.

Best cycling clothing ever
That good I’m going to be getting another one in a different colour! I got this in a large but could of gone to a medium? But I like to layer up . But just fantastic!!!!
Pros & Cons

Tight fit
When buying in shop, it proved important to try on first. With my height of 186, an XL fit best. The XXL was too roomy and did not fit my body tightly. When mountain biking with a vest underneath, I was not bothered by wind or cold at about 6 degrees. It is a pity that phone and house keys have a lot of space in the large back pockets. Biggest advantage is that this jacket closes perfectly and is nice and tight without bothering me.
Pros & Cons

Good fit and windproof
Nice and pleasant jacket. Good fit. Well windproof. Protects against cold and wind. Two pockets on back, which are roomy. When rain keeps mobile phone in back pocket also wet, little protection.

I bought these to be able to just cycle in cooler and wet weather without really getting wet. After cycling a few times in the (drizzle) rain, I can say it works great, you can just shake off the wetness :-),

These Italians don't know anything about size.
At 1.96m and 100kg, ordered a 3XL (hesitated between XXL and 3XL). Mantel itself also recommends 3XL on its website if you wear XL from your normal clothes. But with the sizing of those weird Italians at Castelli, you never know. When I received it, however, Mantel delivered an XXL. Which fits, but it's just barely. (And surely you want to be able to layer this jacket with a thermo shirt for when it gets really chilly. The front of the jacket is awfully short. Too short in my opinion. I already have a Castelli Ros Beta Jacket (XXL) myself and it is longer in the front. This order is going back to Mantel.

Top jacket.
Jacket fully meets expectations and has a very good fit. Always buy one size bigger than your own as recommended. Not too wide or too tight but nice and snug.
Pros & Cons

Costs a few pennies but is well worth the money
Always thought that multiple layers was the only thing that worked to keep out the cold I am now completely changed. This jacket is really perfect! At 2°C just a merino wool undershirt and spent over 3 hours on the bike. Not suffered any cold. I am completely convinced. Now only to experience when the jacket becomes too warm to wear.
Pros & Cons

Super purchase already have two lying around.
Lovely jacket for all conditions. Wear it with a long thermo shirt at 2 degrees and nice and warm.
Pros & Cons

Super jacket
Lovely Jack already worn down to 1 degree tem with just a merino shirt underneath. Both on mbt and road bikes. Ideal because the front offers more insulation than the back, resulting in less perspiration and therefore less cold.

Top jacket in rain and/or wind
Very comfortable jacket: keeps wind and rain out, breathes well. Can be used all year round with the right undershirt (thick or thin, short or long sleeves). Convenient zipped vents on both sides. Two large back pockets, with an extra compartment in right pocket for your (house) key. Pockets do catch water and sand when cycling in the rain and on sandy roads and paths. So afterwards, turn pockets inside out! Sizing is not Castelli's strongest point, but usually 1 size up is sufficient. Being 1.78 m and 79 kg myself, size XL of this jacket is ideal for me. Cut is meant for cycling, so short at the front and long at the back.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great winter jacket
Excellent quality as usual from Castelli. Keeps you warm without getting sweaty. Can’t really comment on the waterproofing as yet. Only down side is it’s a little snug around the upper body and upper arms but it’s not particularly noticeable when on the bike. I don’t think you need the more insulated Alpha jacket. Just add a base layer and this is good down to freezing if you’re working hard.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Modern jacket, does what it promises.
After years of using old skool cycling clothing, now switched to these modern jackets from Castelli. Couldn't imagine a thin jacket insulating as well as breathing. So first ride dressed way too warm. Wet back! Modern jacket also calls for modern sweat shirts. So as to have the best combo. At 4 degrees, combined with e.g. the Craft Pro Dry Nanoweight LS, with medium/higher intensity, it's wonderfully full. What's special is that you're not really warm. Not cold either. But the right temperature for the effort. Sizing is tricky. Have XL now with 189cm and 85kg.
Pros & Cons

Perfect spring and autumn jacket
I was looking for a jacket for spring and autumn. It is wonderfully light. Not cheap, but otherwise perfect.
