The Mavic Ksyrium Elite UST Disc road bike wheels have been one of the most popular wheels in Mavic's range for years. The Ksyrium Elite UST Disc wheels are no exception. The rims of the Mavic Ksyrium Elite UST Disc wheels are made of the light and strong Maxtal aluminium. The welds are milled smooth according to the Mavic "SUP" process for a stronger rim. Furthermore, the rim is produced in such a way that reinforcement is selectively applied at the location of the spoke nipples; Inter Spoke Milling (ISM) The 'bridge' between the spokes has been kept as light as possible.
