SQlab 712 Handlebar Tape

The SQlab 712 handlebar tape focuses on the perfect balance between comfort and performance. It is made of an elastomer on which a non-slip diamond structure has been applied for great grip. It also features nubs for grip and damping in all weather conditions.

SQlab has designed this 712 handlebar tape in such a way that you can decide whether you want to focus on maximum comfort or maximum performance. The three rows of nubs indicate how to wrap the tape to get certain characteristics.
- Size S: The bar tape is wound so that all three rows of nubs are visible, for maximum performance and feedback from the road.
- Size M: The bar tape is wound so that two rows of nubs are visible, for a good balance between comfort and feedback.
- Size L: The bar tape is wound so that only one row of nubs is visible, for maximum comfort. This last wrapping technique is recommended for the drops, which is where you have the most pressure on your hands during descents.
