Spinning Shoes

Spin shoes are intended to be used during spin classes at the gym. As spin shoes are mainly used indoors, they often have many ventilation openings or pores to keep your feet cool. Most spin bikes have Shimano SPD pedals and, therefore, a fit system for SPD cleats. Please note that spin shoes do not come with SPD cleats. Besides spin bikes, spin shoes can also be used on mountain bikes, many of which have the same type of SPD pedals.
