I put the same cassette I was using because I liked its reliability and durability.

Cassette with a very good quality-price ratio, it raises and lowers crowns very reliably, never gave me problems.

The product meets all my expectations and arrived within 4 days. The only downside is that the delivery company did not give references of how the process was going or what day it was going to arrive, otherwise everything ok.

I cycle 1000s of km before this cassette needs replacement. And even the last km meters hey still pedal fine

Of course a new cassette is always painful... Especially if you choose the even more expensive 12 speed version from Sram! Therefore, this XG-1275-GX is also a good choice, works just as well, is more affordable and that extra weight? Oh well, not that much.

With proper maintenance over 7000 km driven. In the beginning I regularly changed the chain, which increases the lifespan. After some time (plm 5000 km) everything wears too much together but it still works flawlessly so you can still ride on for a few thousand km. Eventually you will have to replace the entire drivetrain at some point and then I think price/quality of GX is fine. I do use an XO chain then though.

I changed the transmission on my mountain bike from Shimano to Sram. The difference is obvious. With sram, the gears change more quickly and more precisely. Installation and adjustment are quick and easy.

The 52 is really big, and you may not need it. But for the really technical stretches, it can still be a godsend. Perfectly compatible with a "regular" Eagle derailleur (despite other reports), shifts just fine. Still quite expensive, but all Eagle parts are.

Top cassette I've done about 4000km with the old one with no problems, just a few cracks at the end, which is normal given the wear.

Compared to the NX, it has a smaller sprocket and is an excellent cassette for fanatical cyclists! The wear is slightly more than the XX1 but that's what the price is for.

For me a step up the quality scale, from NX to GX. And what a difference. Crisper shifting, no problems with rattling gears or the chain jumping off. Admittedly, I have only tested about ten miles, but it seems promising. I like SRAM's XD driver interface, feels much more solid than the old one, which NX sits on. Furthermore, I think it is nice that it is "one piece" cassette.

It does its job perfectly. I have opted for continuity, I wanted to buy the xx1 but pay twice as much for a wear part... I prefer to use it on another whim.

Although it is the cheapest SRAM cassette for XD cores, this cassette goes very well. In my experience it can withstand more than 5000kms in northern Spain (very muddy) without problems. Mantel's price seems very competitive to me although I have to say that the cassette seems expensive to me.

For me the best quality/price cassette if you are looking for XD compatibility, it has a good quality/price/weight ratio, being a mid-range within the SRAM catalog. I like the fluidity of the chain when you change, and the service life of these is usually quite long.

The GX cassette is a lot cheaper that the top range cassettes in the Sram family. Still it works very well, has low weight and precise shifting. I was a bit surprised though, that my first cassette had to changed after less than 2000 km. I hope the next one will last longer if I run two chains in shift. The 10-50T range is more that needed in my usual terrain. In fact I would have referred 11-50T or 11-48T, but it seems the manufacturers a determined to offer even wider range cassettes these days.

I got 3000 miles out of my first GX 12 speed 10-50t cassette. Hoping for the same again. In the same period I used 3 GX chains. I have recently switched to X01 chain and to steel RaceFace chain ring (from alloy) to improve the overall lifetime of the drive-train. The only disappointment is the relatively high price of the cassette but it is a near-unique product in offering 500% range.

Coming from the older 2x10 setup the 52t 12 speed cassette is a game changer. The ratios compared to the old tech are barely noticeable so you have the simplicity and reliability of the 12x1 setup, without any loss from the 20 speed setup.
