SRAM Force AXS E1

With Galfer Performance brake pads, they’re very quiet and offer outstanding braking performance. The extra buttons are very handy. Unfortunately, the brake levers rattle terribly – even more so than my old Force D2 levers. This turns a 7k bike into a rattling wreck the moment you take your hands off the levers.

Smoothness and efficiency

I bought them so I could control my Garmin from the handlebars using the bonus buttons. I have to admit that the ergonomics are much better than those of my Rival D2, and the braking power is much better too.

Beautiful levers and clamps, definitely superior to the previous generation. Only flaw: the clamping collar of the levers on the handlebars comes loose, I had to tighten it to the recommended tightening several times.
