Excellent compromise between weight and lightness, recommended
Lightweight, smooth-rolling wheels, mount easily. Aesthetically they are understated, nothing fancy, but if you don't care so much about appearances but care more about substance they are perfect like this. The price is great for the quality of the wheels. I was looking for inexpensive, lightweight aluminum wheels with a capacity limit in kg guaranteed by the manufacturer slightly higher than the average of the competition, as I am a sturdy person from just over 100kg, and these DT Swiss were the ideal choice, having a limit of 120kg including the weight of the bike, as opposed to many other brands that guarantee max 100/110kg. Other manufacturers guarantee lower capacities for the same price and weight of the wheel set. A great solution is the system that allows you to independently adjust the position of the "quick release" lever after tightening the wheels to the bike (between vigolette because it is more of a hybrid solution between QR and thru-bolt, since it has the shape of the QR but to tighten the wheel it just needs to be screwed in, just like the pins, without interlocking). Finally, if like me you love the music the freewheel makes, these rims are for you.

More than satisfied with the wheels and service
Thought can do that for that price but mounted once what a pleasure.

Good running wheel.
Wheel runs nice. There is no quick release on it, but you have to tighten the wheel. That goes well. Can be replaced with quick release, of course.

For the price to buy with eyes closed
The value for money is really good. The wheels are light and smooth. I was comfortable with them from day one. Very nice the characteristic noise when you are not pedaling. This way you can make yourself heard when you are overtaking someone. I also found them very good for relaunches and uphill compared to the set I was riding previously.

Fine wheelset with a short lifespan?
The wheelset performs well. The wheels immediately feel familiar and respond immediately. I mainly use the rattling sound as a bell. This still works surprisingly well. However after almost 3 years (+/-9000km, small 3 years- stature +/- 97kg) one spoke broke out. There are also some cracks at the spoke ends. Too tight spoke tension combined with a hole in the road? This can happen once. Only when picking up a new rear rim at the Mantel store did I notice a small crack at the spoke end. Possibly a coincidence but because of this I switched to another brand: Campagnolo Zonda.

Ferocious wheelset!
The wheelset performs above expectations for a wheelset with an entry-level price. They offer a comfortable ride. They are super sturdy. There is a very nice ratchet on them and they feel extremely sturdy.

Good quality and excellent price / performance
The wheelset runs very well and could be equipped with 23 Contis just as easily. Good braking quality in dry conditions. In wet conditions, you have to approach the optimum with one leg.

Basic set of wheels for rim brakes that do their job just fine
Pros & Cons

Wheelie nice.
Was looking for a pair of sturdy wheels because of my stature (110 Kg). At Mantel you can conveniently search by rider weight and that's partly why I ended up with this 120 Kg wheel set. Beautiful wheels, nice finish, nice firm rattle in the body which makes them sound very luxurious. And certainly not too expensive. The gap with the 130 Kg version was just too big for me, they cost almost double, but I certainly do not regret this purchase. Hope they last a bit longer than my previous sets. Been cycling for about 4 years now and this is my third set.

These wheels have good stiffness and are relatively light for Alua

Fine wheels
I only had to sand one weld flat and even that was not enough. Tubless tire I could not get airtight on the rim. The liquid should have sealed it airtight in the end.

Well made, smooth-rolling and strong wheels.
Arrived well packed with simple instructions for use and care. They cope well with rougher road surfaces and respond rapidly when I lift the tempo.

Faster!
Both Strava and myself feel that I am going faster, both rolling and climbing! And the added width of the rim means that turns are safer and faster too
