Useful for keeping sweat off the bike and protecting the steering.

Useful and practical. It lacks a strap or elastic in the center to attach it to the horizontal tube so that the thighs don't rub...I adapted a velcro strap and it's perfect! It could be wider at the handlebars so you can put your hands on it.
