The stainless (SS) 440C steel balls are extremely durable and offer maximum resistance to corrosion.
The bearings have an LLB double seal against water and dirt. Together with the CRC marine grease, this provides good protection against contamination and wear.

Cons
The stainless steel balls have a 20% lower maximum load capacity than standard ABEC 3 bearings. This means they will wear out a little faster.
