According to the product specialist

Pros
Weighing in around 205 grams, the Pro One TT TLE has a very low weight for a 25 mm tubeless tyre.
This super fast tyre has the lowest rolling resistance of Schwalbe's entire range; it's an impressive 21% lower than that of the Schwalbe Pro One.
Every aspect of this tyre has been designed for use in time trials and triathlon races.
Schwalbe had a first with this tyre: it's the very first tubeless skinwall tyre!
The Grand Prix 5000 TT TR is fast, lightweight and offers extremely high grip in all conditions.
The extremely low rolling resistance makes this tyre ideal for time trials and triathlons.
As the tyre is tubeless-ready, it can be used with or without an inner tube.
The Vectran Breaker layer increases protection from sharp objects.
The improved Black Chili compound ensures optimal traction and low rolling resistance.
The Schwalbe Pro One is just as fast, supple, and lightweight, but offers more grip and is more durable than most other performance-oriented tyres.
The Schwalbe Pro One road bike tyre is made from different compounds for maximum grip in curves.
The triple layer side wall and 1,4 mm V-Guard anti-puncture protection layer reduce susceptibility to cuts.
The use of a double carcass layer on the tread makes for a silky smooth ride.
The Tread Wear Indicator shows when your tyres need replacing.

Cons
As this tyre focuses on speed and low rolling resistance, it's not very durable.
Despite the possibility to go tubeless with this tyre, this won't increase puncture resistance very much due to the lack of additional puncture protection.
This tyre is more prone to punctures and wears a bit faster than regular GP5000 tyres.
The Schwalbe Pro One TLE can also be used with an inner tube, but the best performance is achieved with a tubeless setup.
Due to its low rolling resistance and fast rubber, this tyre wears out relatively quickly.
