According to the product specialist

Pros
The 12th sprocket provides a very wide gear range.
Chain stays taut with the fluid-clutch.
This upgrade enables you to only replace your bike's essential parts.
Force AXS has many similar properties to the Red AXS!
This upgrade kit enables you to replace only the essential components of your bike.
The upgrade kit allows you to adjust your bike's drivetrain to your liking
Sram eTAP AXS offers unparallelled possibilities on and next to your bike!
This group set shifts very well, even when it gets muddy.
Due to the sleek design of the group set, your bike will look really fast!
Cons
Front derailleur doesn't shift optimally if the two front chainrings differ more than 13 teeth.
The use of cheaper materials makes the Force AXS heavier than the Red AXS.
The front derailleur shifts less smoothly when the ratio between the front chainrings is different than 13 teeth.
Parts are made of aluminium and the Ultegra tool kit is therefore slightly heavier than the Dura-Ace version.
