According to the product specialist

Pros
The brake pads ensure that your brake is engaged quickly.
The brake pads provide good doseability when braking.
Due to the soft compound, this brake pad engages quickly is easy to modulate.
This brake pad brakes very quietly.
The Shimano G05S-RX Resin brake pads have better heat dissipation and more durability compared to the G03S mtb brake pads.
These brake pads are also easier to modulate and have increased braking power compared to the G03S.
Organic (Resin) brake pads are less noisy and better suited for flat to undulating tracks.
These brake pads are 50% more wear-resistant than their J03A predecessor!
Thanks to the organic compound, these pads grip quickly.
These brake pads make little noise during braking.
Thanks to the cooling fins, heat resistance is greatly improved.
Cons
-
Due to the soft compound, this brake pad is less resistant to heat and may, therefore, lose braking power if the brake gets too hot.
This brake pad wears faster than pads with a harder compound.
Less able to withstand the higher temperatures that may occur when you're braking during long descents (in the mountains), for example.
These brake pads are less durable and cannot withstand heat as well as Semi-Metallic or Metallic brake pads.
