According to the product specialist

Pros
-
Due to the improved heat dissipation, the braking performance at heat is very good.
This disc is very wear-resistant due to the use of harder metal than in cheaper variants.
This disc makes your bike a lot more beautiful.
Floating discs guarantee high stopping power, as the braking surface won't warp at high temperatures.
Tested time and time again as being the best, in the German magazine Bike.
Awesome colours.
Cons
-
This Ultegra brake disc is heavier than the Dura-Ace version.
Only compatible with 6-hole mounting systems.
Doesn't work with some fork-wheel combinations, as the disc is slightly wider than usual.
