Pros
The Amber IV can be connected to your car via 7- and 13-pin plugs.
Tiltable up to 65 degrees to give you access to the boot.
Can transport up to 4 bicycles.
Includes a rear fog light and reversing light, which work via a 13-pin plug.
The SlideLock system ensures that the box is properly closed and automatically locked.
The cargo box offers a generous 260 litre volume, allowing you to store a lot of stuff without burdening the roof of your car.
Two sturdy wheels and an ergonomic handle make transporting the box extremely comfortable.
Thanks to the tilt function of your car bike rack, the boot always remains accessible, even when the box is mounted.
Combined with the Thule Epos 3 or Thule Easyfold 3, you can take an additional bike with you.
Cons
As the wheel holders are quite narrow, not every MTB can be transported on the Amber IV.
Weighing 14.2 kg, the box is relatively heavy to lift by a single person.
Please note: only suitable for the Thule EasyFold 3, the Thule Epos (both Epos 2 and Epos 3) and the Thule EasyFold XT 2 & Thule Easyfold XT 3 (both require an adapter).
