The smoother rubber compound has significantly improved the grip, rolling resistance and comfort of this tyre.
A lightweight tyre with super-fast properties.
The Exo Protection side wall offers excellent protection against cuts.
This tyre can be made tubeless for maximum performance.
Thanks to the all-round knob pattern, these tyres are suitable for dry forest surfaces to the most muddy conditions.
The open knob profile stays clean during the ride, maintaining optimum grip.
The 3-layer carcass gives the tyre the necessary puncture resistance and durability.
The Blackchili compound makes the tyre smoother where it is needed for optimal rolling resistance.
Tubeless Ready technology makes the tyres easy to make tubeless with 90ml of latex sealant per tyre.
Cons
This tyre is very suitable on courses where a lot of grip is required, but is not the fastest tyre on dry and hard surfaces.
The dual compound offers slightly less rolling resistance, but also less traction than Maxxis triple compound.
Tubeless sealant should generally be topped up every 3-6 months.
