Castelli Meno Wind W Bib Tights

The Castelli Meno wind W is fitted with Airflex Thermo front panels that offer extra warmth and aid the evaporation of sweat and moisture. The Thermoflex Core2 back panels provide extra stretch for a perfect fit and allow sweat to easily evaporate. The bibtight uses the Kiss Air2 padding for a comfortable ride. The shoulder straps are made using mesh fabric for added ventilation, while the flat lock seams provide a more comfortable fit. The ankles have GIRO3 grippers, and for added safety the bibtights have YKK Camlock ankle zippers with reflective tape.

The Meno Bibtight is particularly suitable for temperatures down to freezing. Since the tights are breathable, they can be worn for longer than a bibtight with windstoppers as this would get too warm. For temperatures below freezing, you'd be better off with the Meno Wind with windstopper fabric.

Warmth and breathability

In addition, they provide extra stretch for a good fit. The braces are made of mesh, which results in extra ventilation. Because the pants breathe well, they are less likely to get too hot, compared pants with windstopper fabric.

Thermoflex Core2
This fleece fabric contains a polyester inner layer and a nylon outer layer, which ensures better moisture transport. The fabric keeps you drier and therefore warmer for longer than the normal Themoflex fleece fabric. The polyester inner layer contains hollow channels that trap air for extra insulation and is more densely woven to better keep the wind out.

Comfort and safety
The Castelli Meno Wind W consists of flat stitched seams, which means that the risk of irritation and chafing is small and the comfort is high. For extra safety, these YKK Camlock pants have ankle zippers with reflective tape.

Castelli Kiss Air2 chamois
The Castelli Kiss Air2 chamois has a new design for even more comfort on the bike. The chamois is made of a high density foam and a soft top layer so that you will be comfortable during a long bike ride. The material is completely seamless and stretches well to minimize friction. To give you the right cushioning in the right places, the chamois is cut in different thicknesses and the chamois has an anatomical fit.
