The Fizik Tempo R5 Powerstrap is a versatile road bike shoe that is excellent on asphalted roads.
It distinguishes itself from other road bike shoes due to the innovative Powerstrap velcro strap. Most velcro straps pull two sides of the shoe towards each other. The innovative Powerstrap of the Tempo R5 winds itself around the instep and side of the shoe. Due to the elastic ribbon, the shoe adjusts itself to the shape of your foot and pressure is divided equally over the foot. This ensures an optimal fit and very high wearing comfort.
The R5 nylon composite outsole provides a wonderful balance between comfort and stiffness. This outsole is reinforced with carbon, which improves power transmission to the pedals. Meanwhile the comfort of the shoe remains excellent, making the Fizik Tempo R5 Powerstrap suited for long distance use as well.

To help you as best we can in choosing the right shoe size, we measured all shoes ourselves. All you have to do now is measure your own foot length and we will indicate which shoe size fits you best per brand. You can easily measure your foot by placing an A4 sheet on the floor against the wall. Stand with your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall. Draw a line next to your big toe (or the toe next to it if it's longer). Mark your other foot on the paper as well and then continue with the largest foot. Now measure this distance and you have your foot length in cm's! Please note: some suppliers have their own measurement system, which means that what is on the shoe box may differ from what we have measured.
The shoe size you need may vary per brand. This is because certain brands have a smaller or larger last. In addition, we have divided the shoes into narrow / medium / wide. Read all about this on our blog!

Goed geholpen, fijne schoenen
Ik heb behoorlijke platvoeten, dus 't vinden van goede schoenen valt niet altijd mee. In de winkel in Utrecht alle schoenen binnen deze prijsklasse geprobeerd, met veel dank aan de geduldige en deskundige dame van Mantel. En deze zaten 't prettigst. Ik wilde eigenlijk schoenen met draaispanners, ik vind klitteband niet zo mooi. Maar deze zaten gewoon 't beste, en daar gaat 't onder de streep om. Inmiddels een goede 500km op gefietst, zitten lekker stevig en toch comfortabel. Ook gemaakt van mooi materiaal, en er blijft bij nat weer weinig viezigheid aan plakken.

Fantastisch!
Schoenen zitten heerlijk, precies naar wens strakker of losser te doen dmv klittenband. Passen daardoor ook heel mooi om smalle voeten. De maat valt normaal.

Belle et bonne chaussure
Chaussure confortable. Mais matière très fine. Ca manque donc de rigidité sur les gros efforts. (La matière bouge avec le pied et manque donc de maintien). Bonne première chaussures confortable faite pour les balades à allure faible à modérée. Pas faite pour chasser les chrono.

Brengt het vertrouwen in klittenband terug
De powers trap is een mooie vinding met het gemak en de aansluiting van een BOA-schoen. In de winkel op advies voor mijn gevoel een halve maat te klein genomen. In de praktijk pakt dit erg goed uit en sluit de schoen geweldig. Carbon zool en is voor mij nieuw, frisjes en minder comfortabel.

Topproduct!
Een schoen die als gegoten zit. De geweven velcro geeft een niet allendaagse look en ziet er prachtig uit. Zeer tevreden!
