Smaller, lighter and quieter than ever, the Theragun Mini 3 (= 3rd generation) provides proven percussive massage therapy exactly where and when you need it. With an ergonomic grip and several attachments, it is easy to use for relief of muscle tension, pain and stress.

Percussive massage therapy with ergonomic design
The Theragun Mini offers massage therapy, a technology scientifically proven to effectively relieve everyday muscle pain, tension and stress by stimulating blood flow. The patent-designed body with rounded edges offers an ergonomic grip that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand, and is compatible with all hand sizes. The integrated battery offers up to 180 minutes of runtime, which is sufficient for intensive daily use without recharging during a massage session.

Operation, connectivity and included accessories
With one push button, three adjustable speed settings, and LED indicators, the Theragun Mini is easy and intuitive to use. For added convenience, it has a built-in travel lock that prevents inadvertent switching on during transport. The device can seamlessly connect to the Therabody app via Bluetooth, where the Coach feature offers personalised recovery guidance based on personal goals, activities and health data. The app integrates with popular wearables and platforms such as Garmin, Apple Health, Strava and Google Fit. The set includes three attachments - Dampener, Standard Ball and Thumb, each intended for specific body parts or complaints - as well as a USB-C charging cable and a travel pouch.

Use and compatibility
The Theragun Mini massage gun is an FDA-registered medical device and is approved for use on board aeroplanes (TSA-compliant). The device is compatible with USB-C charging standards and can pair with the Therabody app wirelessly via Bluetooth. The three included attachments cover wide application areas, from stiff legs and aching knees after travelling, to back and shoulder pain after a long day at work, or muscle recovery after sports and exercise.
