The Bryton Rider 420 E GPS bike computer is designed to provide the most enjoyable cycling experience for cyclists looking for a combination of a reliable bike computer with navigation functions. The redesigned screen ensures a clear view from every angle. You can set up to 8 data per data field via the Bryton App. This allows you to see all your performance in one single overview on the screen. When connected to your smartphone, the Bryton has Smart Notifications; you can see who's trying to call you while on the go, or which emails are coming in. All your rides are tracked and can be uploaded to Strava afterwards to analyze your performance or share it with friends. Although the Bryton Rider 420 bike computer doesn't have a map, it still offers turn-by-turn navigation capabilities. Upload a rout at home or on your smartphone and Rider 420 will tell you exactly where to go.
The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) ensures a good satellite connection whether you're cycling in the mountains or in remote areas. This is due to the global coverage with GPS, Glonass, Galileo, QZSS and BDS satellites. In addition, the Bryton Rider 420 GPS bike computer has an impressive battery life of 35 hours. The waterproofness is determined at a value of IPX7 which means that it is protected against the worst weather conditions. Should you accidentally drop it into the water during a mountain bike ride, it is waterproof to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

De batterij is fantastisch, het apparaatje is super zuinig. De statistieken zijn zelf in te delen, daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om eenvoudige schema's in de app te zetten. De UX van de iPhone app is krakkemikkig. Het gebruik van het apparaatje zelf is super eenvoudig. Het knopje voor het verlichten van het display zit aan de achterkant, vroeg in het voorjaar is dat met handschoentjes soms een beetje lastig in te drukken.

Der Bryton Rider 420 E ist mein erster Fahrradcomputer mit GPS und bin total positiv überrascht. Funktioniert sofort nach der Inbetriebnahme. Die Seiten mit den vielen Daten kann man sehr einfach über die mobile App einstellen.

Werkt prima, navigatie is duidelijk geen kaart maar dat is naar mijn menig ook niet de manier op een klein scherm, turn by turn is simpel maar duidelijk.

Een goed product en makkelijk in gebruik. Nadeel is wel dat er geen straten zijn bij de navigatie. Je moet dus echt een lijntje volgen. Buiten dat een zeer goed product voor de prijs die je betaald.

Veel voor weinig

Top apparaat, kan alles wat ik wat ik zocht. Waarom het dubbele uitgeven aan bv een Garmin, als dit apparaatje hetzelfde kan met een dubbele accuduur? Ik heb er vele sensors op aangesloten zoals hartslag, cadans en snelheid en dat werkt allemaal prima. De GPS-snelheid van dit apparaat wijkt niet t.o.v. de geijkte sensor. Dus een snelheidssensor is dus overbodig.
