Top tyre for the real racer
Pros & Cons

Very good tyres
Tyres bought as a gift for my girlfriend, who drives in Canada. She appreciates the comfort and durability of these Continental Grand Prix 5000 tyres.

Good tyre, very satisfied
Chose the 32mm, to ride longer touring and randonneur rides (100 - 200 km) on a gravel bike. Been on it for a week, done a few rides. Smooth running, easy to fit. On asphalt and concrete good handling, both dry and wet. On compacted gravel and gravel (unpaved park roads) it also rolls very well. On cobblestones and rougher terrain, I lost ride quality (compared to a 40 mm light gravel tyre: the schwalbe G-One). But overall very satisfied. Did not ride enough km (150 km) to be able to say anything about anti-puncture or behaviour in rain + curves.

I can only recommend this tyre!
After 2 punctures in quick succession (mileage 4000 km), I replaced the factory rear tyre with the Conti GP 5000. After approx. 1500 km, I was particularly impressed by the rolling resistance and cornering stability. The Conti is very well made. I am very satisfied with it.

The perfect road bike tyre
The Continental Grandprix 5000 is really the ideal tyre for one road bike, especially the puncture resistance and handling are a big advantage, really could not list any downsides of this tyre.

Top tyre
Very easy to fit on my mantel tlr 50 rims compared to the schwable. Very good performance and grip when cornering. .

Carefree driving!
This is already my third time using these tyres. I get 9000 to 12000 km on them. First time all those km without a single puncture. I don't spare them, feel free to ride gravel oid on them. To be honest, the last time I rode in Spain on a very steep path with sharp rocks (more for mountain bikes), it was a bit too much. Not a puncture but the rear tyre was damaged (flaps of rubber detached from the tread). Anyway I thought that was what I should expect with such behaviour. They run very lightly, yes there are faster tyres but they are really much less puncture resistant and wear super fast (3000km) Really nice tyres for trouble-free riding.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Good tire, as for the GP4000 and 5000 it's not cheap, but very versatile, robust, and lasting
Looks good with the usual features of the GP5000, I'd recommend! Mantel delivery was super fast, ordered on Sunday, received the next day!
Pros & Cons

fine for DT Swiss PR 1400 DICUT OXIC 21, fits Trek Emonda front fork
Had 32mm version and does fit in the front fork, but with very little space, so now 30mm and the 32 disappears into another rear wheel.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Excellent!
Excellent performance and comfortable! However, the sidewalls of the tyre are fragile. 30,000 on the odometer on my various pairs of wheels and never disappointed! A must-have

Good tyre
Good quality outer tyre, due to its suppleness also easier to put on. Also, the tyre runs well with the asphalt and is more resistant to punctures
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Offers great ride comfort at a slightly higher price.
Went from a 25 mm Schwalbe Lugano (factory) to this 28 mm Continental GP5000. What a difference! Much more cushioning on uneven roads and it feels like there is much less rolling resistance. Well worth the extra price. Very satisfied!
Pros & Cons

Great tyres and price.
Purchased the Continental Grand Prix 5000 32mm tyres for my cyclocross bike for road use on UK broken roads -really great comfort and low rolling resistance -highly recommend these tyres.

Ideal all-round tyre with low rolling resistance

Fine tyres that I will buy again
I am now buying these tyres for the second time because they have been good. However, they are very tight around the wheel which makes taking them on and off difficult. I like the tyres and ride 5000+ km on them and haven't had a puncture yet.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Without tyre levers, I couldn't get them on the rim.
Just a reliable tyre that rolls well. Only drawback is getting it onto the rim. Ended up having to use tyre levers because it wasn't doable otherwise.
Pros & Cons

The best tyre around
I use the clincher in training and I get on very well, almost comparable to the tubular. Fantastic grip.

Why pay more for a tyre?
Faithful to this set of tyres, I've done over 8000km with the previous ones (front and rear, taking care to deflate them after each outing). Virtually puncture-proof. Very attractive price

top no better outer tyre
Years driven with the 4000 predecessor
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Excellent value tyre
A tyre that suits my requirements and my riding style: I generally drive 3000km a year in Belgium. I can do 2 seasons without any problem. Solid and robust, it holds the road perfectly. Very good value for money.

Not again :)
New set of front and rear tyres with new tubes. On the outward journey (70km) rear tyre punctured (small tear in tyre as big as pinky nail), can happen. On the return journey next day front tyre punctured. In short, not this set again for me. Only rode asphalt. Was 33 degrees though, maybe that was it?

Pros & Cons

Lasts a long time, easy to assemble
Replacement for Conti GP 4Seasons to ride in summer season. Neat tire, stays flat for a long time. Replaced both tires in 15 min, so quick fitting.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great tyres, shame they don't seem to be making 23mm any more.
I bought a couple of 23mm Gp5000s while stocks last. They are simply the best road tyres by a country mile IMHO ... fast rolling and like cornering on rails. I have a slightly older bike that will not take anything wider than 23mm tyres. I don't know what I'll do after these wear out.
Pros & Cons

Top tires from Continental
Used these tires on my gravel bike, what a difference noticeable from a lesser quality race tire of the same brand. Rides smoothly and very secretly: faster too!

Super fine band
Very fine tire that feels very smooth and fast
Pros & Cons

very tight band, doesn't always fit nicely.
tire is too tight, therefore it does not fit well on all wheels. I had the 23mm myself, they also don't fall well with ffwd wheels, making you bump while riding. It also didn't fit on my time trial wheel because it was too tight. If you get a flat with this in winter, it becomes quite impossible (with cold hands) to change your tire.

This tire is easy to fit compared to other tires.

Pros & Cons

Top product
Worth the high price as far as I am concerned. Almost never ride flat on these tires and they last a long time.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Pretty good tires
Nice skin walls with good grip. Also seem to have good puncture resistance because they also took a fair amount of gravel.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Best all-round band
After the misery of Schwalbe tires never anything but Conti's again. The previous set lasted over 4 cycling seasons 0 punctures! Before that I rode the grandprix 4000, these are even better in every way. They fit perfectly around the rim, are easy to mount. What is striking is how nicely a new set cycles. Unless your name is Tom Dumoulin, this is simply the best tire for your bike.

Am very pleased with neew tires, excellent purchase.
Two new tires on my road bike, the old Continal 4000 were perfect, the new Continel 5000 feel good, have even better road contact.

Pros & Cons

Very fine strap
Smooth tire with low rolling resistance and plenty of grip (on dry asphalt at least). Chosen the 28 mm version, so you still have enough comfort.
Pros & Cons

The only road bike tire you need
I've been riding Continental's GPs for years. First the GP4000, the S and RS variants and for a while now on the GP5000, both in all black and with skinwall. On the Aeroad are still 23mm tires, on the Ultimate 25mm which gives a bit more comfort and also off-road capability. I actually never ride them flat, they last quite a few miles (I think 10,000+ kms already and still plenty of tread left)

nice good tire for nice price
nice tire with tread, rolls smoothly and has good grip.
Pros & Cons

Comfortable tires with grip, but not at the expense of rolling resistance
Comfortable tires (I have the 28mm version), which immediately felt nice and "soft" on the first ride. They offer great comfort by filtering out unevenness in the road surface well. They also have good grip in corners, without you noticing it in rolling resistance. I personally think the cream color goes very well with my dark blue frame, but of course that's personal. Only the finish of the edge from black to cream could have been a bit neater. This one is a bit "choppy" in some areas.
