Description
The Vittoria Pit Stop (with clip) is a foam that can be used to repair a flat tyre easily on the road. This foam contains latex to ensure your puncture is fixed permanently and to provide protection against more punctures all over the tyre. What makes the Vittoria Pit Stop unique is that the foam is sprayed into the tyre at high pressure; by using Pit Stop you can inflate your tyre up to 6 bars. The Pit Stop fits Presta (French) and Schrader (car) valves, and can be used on tubular tyres and regular inner tubes. The Vittoria Pit Stop comes with a clip for easy attachment to your bike.
• Inflates a tube of 21-28 inches up to 6.5 bar (enough to get you home where you can re-inflate with a pump)
• Repairs punctures in tubes/tyres thanks to the injection of a pure latex foam
• Offers puncture protection for 3 months
• Has a universal nipple, compatible with Presta, Schrader, Dunlop, Regina

A quick fix for small punctures

This is more of a 'get you home' product than a longer term fix. I picked up a puncture in a tubular tyre as I was setting up for a triathlon. Pit Stop sealed the leak (eventually) but the tyre was loosing air again after just 15 miles. I'd definitely recommend carrying a pump or CO2 inflator in addition to Pit Stop.

This is more of a 'get you home' product than a longer term fix. I picked up a puncture in a tubular tyre as I was setting up for a triathlon. Pit Stop sealed the leak (eventually) but the tyre was loosing air again after just 15 miles. I'd definitely recommend carrying a pump or CO2 inflator in addition to Pit Stop.
