Description
This fully foldable bike carrier by Thule is easy both in use and storage. The Thule EasyFold XT 3 has a high load capacity and, when combined with a ramp, perfectly suitable to carry heavy mountain bikes or e-bikes. The bikes can then simply be secured using the Thule AcuTight dials which attach to the frame. The dials feature torque limiters which indicate when they are secured optimally. The pump buckles allow you to easily secure the wheels. These are extra long, so you can secure wheels of up to 4.7". Finally, you can lock the bikes to the carrier, and the carrier to the car.
You still have easy access to the boot with the bikes in place because of the convenient tilting system. A simple press of a pedal with your foot tilts the bike carrier forward, giving you access to the boot. When installing the bike carrier onto the tow bar, you can easily adjust the placement. This is due to the stable coupling platform used to connect with the tow bar. Once set up, you simply secure the carrier with the tightening handle. After use, simply fold up the carrier and easily move it around with the built-in grips.

Rapide à installer et à ranger, très compact
l'ensemble est super bien penser, les points à apporter pour un plus : la géométrie de l'arceau de fixation pour les barres de maintien ( pas facile de passer les barres avec trois cadres de vélo différents) , mettre un système de bulle de niveau pour le caller

Qualité honteuse de Thule, pas de Mantel
A réception, alors que le carton était en parfait état, j’ai dû ré assembler un des éléments principaux : le gros support en alu n’était pas emboîté dans les éléments en ABS noir comme sur l’autre côté.... Ensuite, en l’installation sur mon véhicule, j’ai vu que la poignée qui permet la bascule du porte vélo était tordue !!! Le support plastique du dessous n’est ni abîmé ni marqué, j’en déduit que c’est en usine que le défaut est arrivé et qu’il n’y a eu aucun contrôle qualité. C’est inadmissible pour une marque qui prétend proposer de la qualité. Vu la taille de l’emballage, je m’en suis immédiatement débarrassé. Ce n’est qu’en voulant l’installer sur mon nouveau véhicule que je me suis aperçu des malfaçons. Mantel n’est pas en cause. J’ai été très satisfait du service et du suivi.

S'il existait pas... il faudrait l'inventer
Que dire de cette acquisition. Nous avions déjà un porte-vélo Thule mais il était lourd pour moi... Là, le matériel est compact, son installation est rapide et très facile. Il roule... rien à lui reprocher, juste à apprécier
