The SRAM Rival E1 Direct Mount chainrings are compatible with SRAM Rival 8-bolt dub race cranksets and power meter cranksets. SRAM chainrings with X-Range technology are designed for smooth power transmission and accurate shifting performance. Thanks to the Direct Mount system, power transmission is better than in cranksets with separate chainrings, and the overall weight of the complete crankset is lower.
The same innovations at a lower price
The SRAM Rival series is inspired by SRAM's Force and Red series. The Rival chainrings feature the same technologies as chainrings from the other series, but at a lower price! They are only just slightly heavier.

Direct Mount system
This chainring uses the Direct Mount system, which means it is attached directly to the crank. The SRAM Force E1 Direct Mount chainrings come in a 2-ring spider form, outer and inner. It makes power transfer much better than in cranksets with separate chainrings and reduces the overall weight of the complete crankset.
