With this chain, SRAM brings the unique look of the AXS chains to the SRAM Rival range. Where the RED and Force chains are finished with a chrome coating for the outer plates, the Rival chain is completely nickel plated. This nickel coating means that this chain experiences slightly higher friction but is more resistant to corrosion.
