GO Energy + Electrolyte gels are the ideal choice for sportsmen and athletes looking for a quick energy boost during intense activities. These gels build on the established science of the GO Isotonic Energy gel, the world's first and only truly isotonic energy gel. Each gel contains 22 grams of easily digestible carbohydrates for quick energy, as well as key electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and magnesium to help boost hydration. Electrolytes are lost through perspiration and are essential to keep your body balanced, especially during intense activities with high sweat rates.
Easy intake
Another added benefit is that you can take the SiS Go Energy + Electrolyte Gels without extra water or sports drinks. Ideal during intense efforts when it's difficult to drink large amounts of water.

Recommended use: Ideal for consumption during exercise. Just tear off the top and drink! These gels can be ingested without water.
Recommended dosage: Depleting carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Replenishing carbohydrates before and during exercise can improve (cycling) performance. If exercise lasts longer than 90 minutes, it's recommended to consume additional carbohydrates. It is recommended to consume about 1 to 3 energy gels per hour. Or consume energy gels in combination with other sports nutrition products until an intake of 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour is reached. A common strategy is to consume energy gels during the more intense phases of exercise. The digestion process of energy gels requires less blood flow compared to other sports nutrition products.
Warning: A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. In addition to physical activity, it's important to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product is not suitable for children or during pregnancy. If you are on a special diet or taking medication, it is always prudent to ask your GP for advice. Do not use this product structurally long-term without seeking medical advice.
Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place (15-22 ºC). Keep out of reach of children.

Perfect gels for long efforts
- Olaf 24 September 2024
These SiS gels came out as the best after some research. I always take them with me for longer bike rides and trail runs (from an hour and a half). I use them mainly preventively, but also when I start to feel hungry.
