The Ultegra PD 6800 SPD-SL pedal builds on the success of its predecessor, the PD-6700 Carbon pedals. Inspired by the Dura-Ace carbon pedals, the Ultegra pedals are just 35g heavier than their more expensive brothers. Famous features like the adjustable spring tension haven't been changed. The tension is still adjustable with an allen key, so you can set it up to your preferences.
The Ultegra 6800 body is made out of short carbon fibers, instead of long fibers which are used in the Dura Ace 9000 pedals. This adds a couple of extra gramms to the total weight. The body rotates around a stainless steel axle with two bearings. The wide body of the pedal is fitted with a replaceable steel plate. The width of this body ensures maximum stability, and the steel plate provides extra durability
The Ultegra 6800 pedals are supplied with a set of SH11 yellow cleats with 6 degrees of play.

Really love the pedals so far. Sturdy and light weight. They are a fraction heavier than the dura ace pedals but they are made from more hard wearing material and so far I can feel the difference compared to my old pedals
