The Shimano RS81 C24 borrows a lot of technology from the Dura Ace 9000 C24. The rims of the RS-81 are identical for instance, but the hubs are a single tier below those used in the Dura Ace wheels. Things like spoke tension and stiffness are identical. The weight is marginally higher but that's something you won't quickly notice. In short: a more affordable wheelset than the Dura Ace, but with a comparable level of high quality.
