Took me 2.5 hours to work out how everything fitted, particularly inserting the number plate. The bikes have to be mounted in a certain way, with the positioning of the securing bars critical to the ease with which this can be done by one person. Now that I know how to do it it is easy and only takes a couple of minutes. We have used the cycle rack on a few journeys now and I have confidence in the security with which the bikes are carried. The instruction leaflet could be much clearer! Sadly, one of the plastic light covers has already broken, and had to be superglued back on.

For 1240 MM electric bikes I was not comfortable with such a minute amount of tyre on the bed despite the information saying a wheelbase up to 3000mm but as a product it was very strong and well made.
