Tubus Tara Lowrider

This rack is strong and well-designed, much better than the previous front pannier rack I've been using. Minor grypes are that I was expecting to get a silver finish rack, and that the bottom lugs are very thick for accommodating old-fashioned pannier hooks and required some modification.

As says on the box is just what expected, but tubing over the wheel seems bit longer than needed even for 700c wheel. Also that tube is quite a wide diameter for Ortlieb clip. Having said that it is very sturdy and did just fine on recent tour.
