Thule Shield Pannier

Nice sturdy bag for which 17 litres capacity is specified. You won't get anywhere near this, the locking points are very tight on the sides and are not adjustable. Not much can fit in because of this construction. I also have an Ortlieb classic bag, you can stuff it full that it is open and still lock something in with the central adjustable strap. The Thule has to be secured via the sides and that is not adjustable.
