Very pleasant, both in terms of price and operation.

Reasonably priced. Easy to install. Fairly robust (although I did manage to bend the cage on my original NX after 6 months). Works very well and hardly ever goes wrong.

Robust apart from the pivot

I’m on my third one of these now. They are generally reliable and well made. However the pivot at the hanger connection develops play and affects the shifting. The b screw adjustment gauge/tool that comes with the derailleur, makes that element of the set up easy. I have attached the derailleur to an Ebike so weight is not a concern, I’d rather have weight and a stronger more durable design. 8 out of 10 due to the pivot weakness
