Not suitable for my height (1.95m)

I am 1.95m and 79kg, and ordered the 3xl. Other sportful trousers for autumn fit well; long enough and no tight braces. Unfortunately that does not apply to this winter version so returned. The braces are too tight. Also weird extra piece of fabric over the knees, which is open at the bottom.
