According to the product specialist

Pros
Thanks to the Dub technology, the crank has become stiffer. So you go faster with the same energy!
1x12 offers sufficient shifting range.
The X01 group is very strong and therefore suitable for rough work.
The total weight of this groupset is relatively low.
The materials have an improved durability in comparison to the XT M8000 groupset.
The chain always stays tight, even at most bumps in the road!
On this groupset you shift very quickly thanks to the HyperGlide+ grinding, even when its very muddy.
The brakes are powerful and easy to dose.
The XX1 Eagle drivetrain enables you to take on a wide range of terrains while keeping the overall weight down.
This upgrade kit allows you to use your own crankset.
With this kit you only replace what really needs replacing.
With this electronic groupset your bike is all set for the future!
Cons
You need to replace the body on the rear wheel with an XD body.
Due to the single front blade, the gaps between the gears are greater than with two front blades.
-
Due to the extensive use of carbon this derailleur is less suited for trail and enduro use.
