Polar OH1 Optical Heart Rate Monitor

I purchased the Polar OH1 Optical heart rate monitor as I have never liked wearing chest straps when measuring heart rate. It did not disappoint. I had concerns over how accurate it may be but after a few seconds it picks ups a reliable reading. I have compared this to other devices from Polar and it is the same reading. The best selling point in my opinion is the ease of use as it can be worn on the forearm or upper arm. 12 hours battery life with it only taking approximately 45-60 minutes to fully charge out of the box. If you are looking for a cost effective, reliable heart rate monitor, you have found it.
