Powershape HT sole
This is Northwave's most advanced carbon sole. With a 15.0 rigidity index and Powershape in the foot's arch, you can be sure that every pedal stroke hits the mark. Large ventilation holes in the sole keep your feet at the right temperature during the hottest days. The sole continues onto the heel of the shoe to ensure a sturdy fit, even during sprints. Plus, this sole has removable rubber pads that can be replaced if they ever wear out. The sole is also suitable for speedplay cleats.

Professional design
Northwave has asked no one other than Filippo Ganna to help design and test this shoe. That's why this shoe has a stronger heel, to make sure your feet will stay sturdily in place, and extra attention has been paid to the shoe's pressure points. An extra fabric layer was added underneath the dial closures, which helps divide pressure more evenly. This makes these shoes faster as well as extra comfortable. The Veloce Extreme even comes with an extra set of inner soles, to adjust the fit to the rider perfectly. To top it all off, the rubber pads underneath these shoes are replaceable, so you can be sure they'll last for years.

ARS 2.0 pressure distribution
ARS 2.0 means Anatomic Reticular Support. This technology ensures perfect pressure distribution and makes sure these shoes fit you sturdily, without any unpleasant pressure points. This shoe includes a sturdy strap that runs from the sole, around the ankle and to the instep. Turning the X-Dial closures will sturdily tighten this strap, to make sure the shoes fit correctly.
