Maxim Total Hydration Tablets were designed to quickly and effectively hydrate the body. The hypotonic formula lets the body absorb the Total Hydration Tablets ultra-fast. The added electrolytes (minerals) support moisture intake and balance. Combined with the small concentration of carbohydrates (based on dextrose, fructose, and maltodextrin), this results in a fresh sports drink for fast (re)hydration.
The Maxim Total Hydration Tablets are very suited for exercise lasting up to 90 minutes, during which it's not required to replenish carbohydrate reserves, or during exercise in high temperatures. These hypotonic hydration tablets mitigate the performance-limiting effects of lack of moisture and dehydration.

Recommended use: Dissolve 2 tabs per bottle (500 ml) or 3 tablets per large bottle (750 ml) for use during exercise. Can also be used as thirst quencher after exercise. Preferably used during exercise lasting up to 90 minutes, during which replenishing carbohydrates isn't necessary. Do not combine with other sports drinks due to the high mineral concentration.
Recommended dosage: The recommended intake of Total Hydration during exercise depends on the person, the weather, intensity, and duration of the training. The following rule of thumb can be used: drink 200 - 500 ml right before exercise to start off well-hydrated. Drink 200 ml every 15 - 20 minutes to maintain your moisture balance.
