For all brands, the following applies: if your helmet gets damaged within 2 years of purchase and is no longer safe (cracks or fractures in the foam), we offer the option to replace the damaged helmet. You will receive a discount equal to 40% of the purchase value of your old bicycle helmet. The 2-year period applies from the purchase date of the helmet. If you buy a new bicycle helmet with the helmet replacement discount, the 2-year period does not restart. If your helmet gets damaged within 2 years of purchasing your first helmet, you can still make use of this offer.
Giro / Lazer / Bell helmets: The Mantel Helmet Replacement applies for three years.

This helmet broke my fall wonderfully, exactly what the helmet is supposed to do. With a previous similar fall and different helmet (which did not break), I had significantly more trouble. I am going to buy this one again as it also sat fantastically.

Seats like a glove, easy to adjust, straps are cleverly fitted (close to the face) and nicely finished with leather. Little wind noise. Aerodynamic, little wind or crosswind when you turn your head.
