The Garmin Vivoactive HR is perfect for people with an active lifestyle. The Garmin Elevate™ heart rate technology eliminates the necessity of a chest strap as it directly measures your heart rate on your wrist. Based on that info the vivoactive HR displays how many calories have been burned and the level of intensity of the different workouts.
The colour touchscreen display is readable in the sunlight and has a high resolution. The Connect IQ™ store offers free designs for the clock face, widgets, and apps.
Whether you’re running, cycling, swimming, or golfing: the vivoactive measures it all thanks to the integrated sport-apps with GPS. with smartphone notifications you’re updated on your data to keep everything balanced. The Garmin also counts your steps and the amount of stairs you climb. It also measures when you’re sleeping and the amount of active minutes. It even registers automatically when you forget to press the start button yourself. The rechargeable lasts 8 days (when using watch mode/tracker mode), or 13 hours (when using GPS).
