The FSA OS-99 CSI is an incredibly lightweight and rigid stem. The OS-99 CSI is made from AL2014 aluminium coated with unidirectional carbon. The carbon is integrated with the aluminium thanks to a special CSI technique. In this way, the best features of the aluminium and carbon become one.
