Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-round rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move a little while they ride and whose hips rock a little from side to side. The semi-round shape provides plenty of support for those riders while maintaining sufficient freedom of movement compared to a flat saddle.
Flexibility
This is a semi-flat saddle, meaning that the saddle is flat at the front, and raised a little at the back. The shape makes it particularly suitable for riders with a moderate degree of flexibility in their spine. This has to do with how easily these riders can rotate their pelvis: they might need a little extra support when riding upright, but can manage on their own when riding on the drops.

The holly grail!
Finally after over a year of trying differing saddles I have found the one for me. I've tried the Fizik range as well as others and come close but just not quite right. I recently read an article suggesting measuring your sitbone distance and adding 20mm. This, in theory, should give you the ideal saddle width to look at. For me, this was the Antares. By chance I stumbled across a press release from the release of the Kurve. I was so taken by the concept I gave it a go. I was initially hesitant as it was so hard but it really does work. Short or long distances really don't matter, it's incredibly comfortable. The flex works very well and my sitbones are nicely positioned in the cut out areas. No pressure, no numbness. In fact, no anything... it's like it's not there! I'll be purchasing another for my second bike, that's testament to how great it is.

Good Looking Saddle
Really like this saddle. Fizik don't muck about, neither do Mantel, best price on the Internet and great service and very fast delivery which is also free. What's not to like, amazing.
