The Diadora Proracer 3 have carbon reinforced soles. Thanks to the unique design the soles are extra thin but stiff nevertheless. The carbon was shaped in such a way that it has the optimal power transfer abilities. The Power Flow ventilation system by Diadora was designed to create the best air flow during high-intensity workouts to prevent your feet from overheating. The rubber heel is replaceable. The sole has a ‘Memory Look’ system to attach the cleats accurately. ‘High Grip Finish’ where you attach the cleats ensure they stay in place.

The fit was made for professionals: it fits precisely around the front part of the foot, is extremely comfortable around the middle parts and has excellent heel retention. This combination with a good fit and ergonomic support result in an excellent power transfer.
