Bontrager OMW has unique features. The shoe has an inner shoe that is made out of 200g 3M Thinsulate material. The inner shoe is extremely comfortable and soft and can be placed around your foot real quick thanks to the quick closure lacing system. Around your inner shoe you place the water- and windproof outer shoe. This can be tighten around your foot with two velcro closures. The elastic top can be closed with a drawstring. Along with the waterproof zipper on the front, you keep the cold and water out.

Superb!
I really like this it keeps your feet warm, superdry and can be worn and forgotten but as with all winter boots i should have gone a size up making for a tight squeeze is a small compromise though compared with a cold and frozen uncomfortable ride. I am a weekend warrior riding trails and tested them in temperatures from -2 or -3 with windchill factored in when riding down hills, to 7 degrees mid afternoon. For cleaning its so much easier just wipes on top and of course the grips need a brush to get inbetween them and would last longer guys using no detergent to clean them. I use clips and filled the gaps with ear plastic the soft kind that shapes and works well but also you can use silicone sealant or hot glue to fill the gap. An improvement that could be made is changing 2 straps to 3 but i have only a minor qaulm about that. Just buy this if you are a warrior!!

Great boots that will keep you feet warm through pretty much everything Jack Frost will throw at you.
