Assos UMA GTV C2 Bib Short

The UMA GTV C2 bib short is Assos' new comfortable cycling short for women. It enables you to take a bathroom break without having to take off your cycling jersey or jacket.

This bib short has been inspired by the T.LaalalaiShort_S7. Female cyclists provided feedback on this model, which Assos took into account when developing the UMA GTV C2. One of the results is that the latter has a double magnetic closure at the back. The textile has also been improved to give the short a lower weight as well as a deep black colour.

The Assos UMA GTV C2 bib short for women features Ossidia fabric, a lightweight material that offers very good compression and UV protection (UPF 50+). Odor Control actively cools the short, which makes it suitable for long rides in the sun. The mesh insert across the lower belly makes it easier to cycle in a deep sitting position. The short's legs are finished with an elastane band, which ensures that they fit nicely on your upper legs. The bib straps of the Assos UMA GTV C2 cycling short have double magnetic closures on the back. These are easy to connect but secure enough to prevent unintentional undoing. They are convenient for taking a quick bathroom break on the way.
The bib straps are made in an X-frame to prevent too much pressure on the lower back and to distribute the pressure nicely across the upper body.

UMA GT C2 seat pad
The seat pad in this bib short for women is the UMA GT C2 chamois, which is 9 mm thick and shaped to minimise irritation. Of course, Assos also uses its unsurpassed goldenGate technology in this cycling short, which means that the padding floats, so to speak, and moves with the body to prevent chafing.
The three-layer perforated 3D Waffle foam ensures sufficient cooling and reduces weight.
