Very functional, catch most mud away.
Installation does take some patience, but once applied it does its job reasonably well. Weighs little. Flexible so little danger in case of an accident.

Mudguard barely works
This mud guard has little to no impact on the amount of mud splashed on the backpack and on how dry your back keeps it. I don't notice any difference with whether I wear it or not.

Good ass saver for mountain biking.
Fine and handy mudguard (ass saver) for mountain biking.

Top wing for daily use.
Recently bought a second mudguard for the wife's MTB. Employed this product last year and extremely satisfied with it. After trying many alternatives, I decided on this mudguard and was extremely satisfied with it. Although the material is very strong, it keeps its shape and discreetly does what it was created for: keep the rear dry and clean.

It promises more than it delivers
We rode a muddy track with three people; two of them had the S-Guard fitted. You couldn't actually tell any difference between those with and those without the thing.

Solid mudguard
The SKS S-Guard is very sturdy and, when finally attached, is very secure at the bottom of the saddle. It was a bit of a hassle to attach it to my MTB saddle but eventually succeeded.

Beautiful and good product
Protects well against splashing dirt

It is a mudguard
This SKS S-guard does what it is supposed to do: stop splashes. Easy to mount on your MTB with a few tie-wraps. Holds back enough water/mud to keep a reasonably dry arse

Bit pricey for simple piece of plastic
Ass saver quite easy to fit depending on width and shape of saddle bridge. Keeps backside dry pretty well if not overfolded and too often.

Fine thing, a lot better than an ass saver
Stops splashes on my back well, legs do splash wet

Just what I needed.
Good short mudguard. Keeps the back sufficiently dry and mud-free without being too long and in the way when moving around and around the saddle. Price/quality very good. Already had a few knocks, no damage to the mudguard!

Does what it needs to do
Both on my son's MTB and my MTB, I fitted that mudguard. And that mudguard does what it is supposed to do. Installation is a bit more fiddly than indicated. But once the mudguard hangs, it hangs securely. The black neutral colour is nice too.

Clean back
Ideal in these winter conditions to keep your back dry. Tried several, but this one stays on best.

Small but functional
Meets fine despite its size. Ok easy to attach. Even when a saddlebag is mounted.

Good product and neat price
Just saves some mud on your rear and lower back. Seats pretty well, so not namely to place or remove every ride

As much mud streak as without.
Placing I found very easy which is nice. Maybe it's because of my wider tyre but I still came home with a mud streak on my back. It was nice that I discovered this while cycling to work, so for that I still put an extra pair of trousers and underwear in my bag.

Does not meet my expectations
Bike and rider still get pretty dirty. Mud still splashes far up the back.

Simple fender that weather light is too small for some bikes.
A fender that is easy to attach and a nice value for money. Unfortunately it keeps my back dry but not the back of my head. I think for city racing bikes it's just too small to catch all the splashes keeping your back dry but everything above that not, unfortunately....

Easy to attach Probably also easy to lose, but for now it stays in place just fine

Does what 't should do.
Mudguard fiddled under my saddle within 5 minutes and reinstalled the saddlebag. And sure enough: no more wet arse during and after a rain shower. Great thing (for a road bike anyway).

Does not fit all saddles
Simple and super handy at a small price. Unfortunately does not fit my Brooks B17 saddle. Shipping was again excellent, fast and nicely packed.
